Data Protection Declaration
Protection of your personal data is important to us
We are delighted with your interest in our company, products and services and want you to feel safe when you visit our websites, even with regard to the protection of your personal data. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. It goes without saying that we comply with the provisions of the German Data Protection Act.
We would like you to know when we collect data, what data we collect and how we use that data. We have taken technical and organisational measures to ensure that the regulations regarding data protection are observed both by us and by external service providers.
Personal data is any information about your identity. This includes details, such as your name, address, phone number or E-mail address. In order to use our website you do not have to disclose any personal data. However, in certain cases we need your name and address and further information so that we can provide you with the services you require.
The same applies, for example, for sending information or goods ordered (e.g. from the Pharmaserv E-shop) or answering individual questions. We will inform you accordingly where this is required. In addition, we only store and process data that is provided voluntarily or automatically by you.
If you intend to make use of our services, we will usually only collect data that is needed to provide the services. If we request the provision of other data, this information is provided voluntarily. The processing of personal data is only carried out in order to fulfil the requested service and protect our own business interests.
Purpose of personal data
We generally use the personal data that you provide to reply to your enquiries, process your orders or provide you with access to certain information or offers. In order to maintain our customer relationships, it may also be necessary for us or for a service provider appointed by us to use this personal data to inform you about product offers that are useful for your business or conduct online surveys to better meet the requirements and demands of our customers.
Of course we will respect your wish if you do not want to provide us with your personal data (for direct marketing and market research in particular). We will not sell or market your personal data to third parties.
We will collect, process and use the personal data that has been provided online by you solely for the specified purposes. We will not pass your personal data to third parties without your necessary consent.
Personal data will only be collected and transmitted to state institutions and authorities that are entitled to receive such information within the framework of the relevant laws or where we have been obliged to do so by court order. Our employees and the service providers appointed by us are bound by a duty of confidentiality and are under an obligation to comply with the provisions of the German Data Protection Act.
